1. Training Program Refunds

1.1 Bronze, Silver, and Gold Packages

Full Refund Available: Request within 14 days of purchase for a complete refund, no questions asked.

To qualify for a full refund:

1.2 Platinum Package (Done-For-You Services)

Due to the nature of done-for-you services, Platinum package refunds are handled differently:

Note: Government filing fees (FMCSA, BOC-3, UCR, etc.) paid on your behalf are non-refundable as these are paid directly to government agencies and cannot be recovered.

2.1 Completed Services

Freight pickup, delivery, and storage services that have been completed as agreed are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered.
