Due to the nature of done-for-you services, Platinum package refunds are handled differently:

Note: Government filing fees (FMCSA, BOC-3, UCR, etc.) paid on your behalf are non-refundable as these are paid directly to government agencies and cannot be recovered.
If you purchased a training program on a payment plan:
Freight pickup, delivery, and storage services that have been completed as agreed are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for payment of all services rendered.
We may issue credits or adjustments in the following situations:
